Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Accessing Your Profile:

• Locate the profile icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen.

2. Finding Proof of Residence Documents:

• Within your profile, look for the section titled “Proof of Residence Docs”.
• Click on this section to proceed with the upload process.

3. Uploading Your Member ID:

• Once in the Proof of Residence Docs section, you will see an option to upload documents.
• Select your Ocean Club Card, which serves as your Member ID.
• Follow the prompts to upload a clear, legible copy of your card.

4. Verification Process:

• After successfully uploading your Member ID, our team will review and verify your residence status.
• This process typically takes between 2-5 business days.

5. Important Note

• Booking Access: Once your residence status is approved, you will be granted access to book facilities and events at the Ocean Club.
• You will receive a notification confirming your approval.
