Rules & Regulations

1. Minimum Residents Requirement:

  • At least one (1) OCCA resident must be playing on the court. Padel & Tennis

2. Padel Guest Fees

  • A thirty-dollar ($30) court fee per guest is applicable for any 90 min reservation.
  • A twenty-dollar ($20) court fee per guest is applicable for any 60 min reservation.
  • A ten-dollar ($10) court fee per guest is applicable for any 30 min reservation.

Guests must pay this fee at the shop before accessing the court.

Member Responsibility: If a guest fails to pay the fee at the shop, the fees will be charged to the member who made the reservation for the guest.

3. Court Hours of Operation

  • Operating Hours: The courts operate from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

4. Reservation Policies:

Cancellation: Members must cancel their court reservation at least 4 hours in advance to avoid penalties.


5. Mandatory Check-in:

Checking in is mandatory for all players before entering the court. Failure to comply will result in a penalty.


Penalties:

  • 1st Penalty: An email warning will be sent explaining the consequences of subsequent no-shows.
  • 2nd Penalty: A penalty of 1 week without the ability to make reservations.
  • 3rd Penalty: A penalty of 14 days without the ability to make reservations.
  • 4th Penalty: A penalty of 30 days without the ability to make reservations.
  • Penalty Application: Penalties will be based on the unit (resident or member) that made the reservation.
  • Tracking System: A system will track penalties and restrict the unit in violation from booking courts based on the number of instances.
  • Penalty List Reset: The list will restart every 6 months.
